Refund Policy

General position

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current term once it has started, because plan capacity is reserved for you. This does not affect any non-waivable statutory right you have.

Statutory withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because Semantyra is digital content supplied immediately, by starting a paid plan you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the service has been made available to you. If you have not run any scan or generated any report, email us within 14 days and we will refund in full.

Discretionary refunds

We will consider a pro-rated or full refund where:

• A confirmed service fault prevented you from using a core feature for a material part of the term, and support could not resolve it.
• You were charged in error or double-charged.
• A renewal occurred despite a timely, documented cancellation request.

Annual plans

For annual plans cancelled early we may, at our discretion, refund the unused whole months, calculated as (annual price / 12) x remaining whole months, minus the discount you already received for committing to the annual term (the difference between 12 months at the monthly price and the annual price). The result is never negative.

Email [email protected] from your account address with the charge date and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by the processor, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
