Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with Semantyra, especially its crawler.
Authorised targets only
You may only submit a website for analysis if you own it or have the site owner permission on record. You are responsible for having that authorisation.
Crawler conduct
The Semantyra crawler identifies itself with the SemantyraBot user agent, honours robots.txt by default, rate-limits per host, and refuses private, internal, and non-public network addresses (SSRF protection). You must not:
- Disable robots.txt compliance for a site you do not control.
- Use the crawler to reach systems you are not authorised to access.
- Configure scans designed to overload a target.
Prohibited uses
Do not use Semantyra to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Scrape or reconstruct third-party content for republication.
- Probe, scan, or breach Semantyra security, or another customer data.
- Resell or white-label the service except under a plan that expressly permits it.
- Send spam or unsolicited messaging using data obtained from the service.
Fair use of compute
Plan limits (pages per scan, scans per month, competitors, tracked prompts) exist to keep the shared service healthy. Automated attempts to exceed them, or to run the free plan at scale across many accounts, are not permitted.
Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations, and will cooperate with lawful requests from affected site owners or authorities. Where practical we give notice and a chance to cure.
