Subscription and Cancellation Terms

Billing cycle

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen term (monthly or annual) through our payment processor. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price until you cancel.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrading takes effect immediately, and the processor prorates the difference for the remainder of the current term.

Downgrading, including to the free plan, takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Until then you keep your current limits. After the change, projects or seats above the new limit become read-only rather than being deleted.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing, which opens the payment provider portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep paid access until the end of the term you already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial term on cancellation (see the Refund Policy for exceptions).

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the processor retries per its dunning schedule. If it ultimately fails, the subscription moves to past-due and then to the free plan. Your data is retained per the Privacy Policy and access is restored when payment succeeds.

Price changes

We give at least 30 days notice by email before a price change affects your renewal. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

What happens to your data

Cancelling or downgrading does not delete your data. To delete your account and data, use account deletion (see the Privacy Policy).
